Shipping costs and delivery:
We use the DPD and Parts Express parcel service. These companies specialize in the damage-free shipment of all parts that we supply. Large companies such as bumpers, hoods and engine blocks have also been entrusted to these companies. Car.nl limits the chance of transport damage by properly packaging the parts. If you are not at home then the carrier will try to deliver the package at a later time or else to another address where you will receive a notification. Unfortunately, the diesel surcharges that our package services charge have risen sharply in recent years and we cannot help but include these costs in our rates. Packaging and shipping address are taken into account when calculating the costs. Of course we try to limit the costs as far as possible.
Shipping Netherlands
Shipping and handling costs are per order:
€ 9.50 for small packages up to approx. 10 kg.
€ 13.50 for medium-sized packages of approx. 10 to 20 kg.
€ 18.50 for medium-sized packages with volume
€ 65,00 for items on a 1/2 pallet
€ 85,00 for large parts & pallet (eg a motor)
Shipping costs abroad (within the EU)
Shipping and handling costs are per order:
€ 19.50 for small packages
€ 24.50 for medium-sized packages
€ 37.50 for medium-sized packages with volume
€ 65,- for items on a 1/2 pallet
€ 125,- for large parts
€ 195,- for sending (and picking up) an engine block
Take Away
It is also possible to pick up your order in our store in Nijkerkerveen (of course no shipping costs will be charged). Then in step 3 of the ordering process, select 'Pick up order'. The amount with the shipping costs will then disappear from the invoice. Even when you pick up, you must complete the order and payment process! Avoid disappointment and make sure that you first order the product you want to pick up from our webshop or call Car.nl 033 - 2580858.

You can pay securely in many different ways with us:
Prepayment
Prepay means that after entering your order, you first transfer the order amount to the account of Car.nl. Keep in mind that the transfer may take a little longer. When transferring, always state the order number that you can find in the order confirmation, which you will receive by email.

With us you can also pay with PayPal. As a consumer you are always insured via PayPal! However, we charge 3.75% of the total order amount including shipping costs for transaction costs.
Mister Cash / BanContact
It is possible for our customers from Belgium to pay with Mister Cash / BanContact. However, we charge 3.75% of the total order amount including shipping costs for transaction costs.
Sofortüberweisung
For our customers from Germany it is possible to pay with Sofortüberweisung. However, we charge 3.75% of the total order amount including shipping costs for transaction costs.
Return procedure & Cancel
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can always contact CAR.nl. We cannot just take specially ordered parts or electrical parts back (see our terms and conditions). Of course we are prepared to assess this per specific case and to see if a solution is possible.
